YOU MUST PLAN FOR YOUR ACTIVITY AND WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING. (INCLUDES WINTER GEAR AS NEEDED)  WHEN ASSIGNED TO COMPLEX, BE PREPARED TO GO OUTSIDE OR A COURSE

YOU MAY NOT WORK-OUT IN STREET CLOTHING OR STREET SHOES. (ON INDOOR TURF, POWER-HOUSE OR YOGA.  YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN TEAM RUNS WITHOUT PROPER SHOES.

FAILING TO PREPARE FOR AND PARTICIPATE IN YOUR ACTIVITY WILL EFFECT YOUR RANKING STATUS. YOU CAN BE PENALIZED MATCHES IN THE SPRING AND/OR HAVE TO MAKE UP THE MISSED WORKOUTS. WE PAY FOR THE MARTIAL ARTS AND YOGA INSTRUCTOR’S TIME: USE IT!

WEATHER PERMITTING, WE MAY BREAK FROM THE WORKOUT ROUTINE AT TIMES. BE PREPARED TO GO TO A COURSE, IN SMALL PRE-ASSIGNED GROUPS. KEEP YOUR CLUBS AND GOLF ATTIRE AVAILABLE. (In a complex locker or in your car)  I WILL WATCH FOR FAVORABLE WEATHER PATTERNS AND ADVISE THOSE PLAYERS WHO ARE PLAYING AS EARLY IN THE DAY AS POSSIBLE.

PRIVATE LESSONS WILL USUALLY TAKE PRIORITY OVER WORK-OUT SCHEDULES. (Either at your home course or the Complex)  Set up lessons as compatible with your off-season schedule as possible. (IN OTHER WORDS, DON’T INTENTIONALLY SKIP WORK-OUTS OR TEAM RUNS!)

Some golfers may “test out” of team runs. Some golfers may be prevented from certain activities based on medical issues.  RUNS WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE WEATHER – ALWAYS HAVE PROPER RUNNING SHOES ON HAND WHEN ASSIGNED TO THE COMPLEX

HIGH SCHOOL & JUNIOR HIGH can be a very competitive teams this spring. (BOYS & GIRLS)  LET’S MAKE SURE NOBODY OUTWORKS US THIS WINTER!
